Click the download button above for quick and easy installation.

First Time Registration User - 1

  1. Launch the APP and select "Sign Up".
  2. Enter your "mobile number", "password" and"confirm password" again.
  3. Enter the Captcha Code. (click  for a new captcha)
  4. Click on "Get Code" to receive an OTP (one-time password) via SMS.
  5. Enter "OTP" upon receiving.
  6. Click on "Sign Up" to proceed.

First Time Registration User - 2

  1. Upon seeing "Registration Completed" means your account has been signed up successfully.
  2. Complete your personal profile.
  3. Click on "Continue" to complete the account registration.

Usage Instructions Before Measurement

1. If the patch is no longer adhesive, it needs to be cleaned or replaced

Clean the patch with water and air dry it.

(Reusable patch)

2. Wipe off the sweat from the body

Sweat can cause the patch to come off easily.

3. Proper application position

Please apply the device above the horizontal line of the armpit

4. Please remain still and sit comfortably during the measurement

Please refrain from talking and maintain a reclined sitting posture

Movement may interfere with the measurement results

Start ECG Measurement

  1. Click on () to start your ECG measurement.
  1. Follow the screen tour and attach InCare i8 to the proper location on your chest and click on「Start」 for your ECG measurement.
  2. InCare APP will start searching and connecting to your i8 device via bluetooth. (No paring required)
  3. ECG Measurement will start automatically upon connection.

ECG Measurement and Upload

  1. Stay relax and still during ECG measurement.
  2. Upload your data after measurement(approximately 30s) and wait patiently for the measurement result

Measurement Result

  1. A notification will be received when the report is ready.
  2. ECG measurement result can be viewed from the App.
  1. From the report page, click the () icon on the screen to switch to landscape mode and check the full ECG signal

Landscape Mode

Under landscape mode:

  1. Click on the arrow () icon at the lower right corner to switch between ECG, heart rate, and pressure level records.
  2. Click on the share () icon at the upper right to take a screenshot and share.

Measurement Records

Test report has not yet been received.

The result of this ECG measurement is normal.

The test report concluded that the ECG measurement results were abnormal.

  1. Click on the record () icon from the function bar to view all measurement records by date.
  2. The color of the icon in front of each measurement record represents the status of the record. Please refer to the table on the left for details.
